World wide animals are used for experimentation, entertainment , food , clothing and countless number of reasons. In our day to day life we see animals are abused , beaten by people either for some reason or just for fun at times !!!!!! Imagine if you were beaten up or even just abused without any reason.
What would have been your reaction? But can animals react ???? They feel the same pain as we humans do. The only difference is we can express our pain. Animals do not want to ride bicycles, balance on balls and do all such tricks which entertain us. But do they have any option. Every year 30 million animals are killed throughout the world in a year world wide in experiments .Not only animals tests cruel but also completely inaccurate because of vast physiological difference between species. Animal studies teach us nothing about human health because human reactions to illnesses and medications are completely different from the reactions of animals and to top it up experiments on animals does not stop entry of harmful drugs from entering markets.
Animals suffer from unimaginable pain so that we get a nice skin purse, leather shoes, wool coat or a fur hat . By wearing animal based clothing or accessories we support animal cruelty.
Why don’t people do something? The most common excuse offered by people who didn’t intervene and were interviewed afterward was “I didn’t want to get involved.” What happened to the empathy that each of these people was born with, and what frightens them so much about getting involved? I wish they would just put themselves in the shoes of the victim and think, “How would I feel if that were me? Wouldn’t I want someone to speak up for me?”
